persolog danadria was incorporated as a limited liability company in July 2008. It was set up with the aim of covering Slovenia (population of 2 million), Serbia (8 million) and Croatia (4.5 million). Our office is in Spodnje Laze, near Bled, which is located in the northern part of Slovenia, 20 km from the Austrian and the Italian borders, on the “sunny side of the Alps” as some people say.

We had one certification of three trainers and five human resource managers in Bled, in March. This is our total so far. Last year we have been busy translating materials, including web content pages, into the Slovenian language. Right now we are in the last phase of making final corrections to the on-line version of the report. By spring 2009 we plan to have everything ready for the market.

We have already made some presentations about persolog products and have noticed there is high interest on the customer side. More and more companies are aiming to create teams which work well together. The persolog tools are just the right instruments for that - tools to assess personalities, which makes it easier to find the most effective people for a team. At this time, the market is facing some downsizing and it is crucial to keep the right people in the right positions.

Because employment is costly for companies the best person for each specific working position should be employed. We plan to take advantage of these opportunities as soon as we have all the products ready. Our market demands high quality products, because the competition is very tough. Due to these conditions we plan to hold our second certification workshop in February 2009. We are planning an e-port workshop for already certified trainers in Slovenia in spring 2009.

In the meantime we are finishing the translations for the Serbian market as well and will hold our first certification in Belgrade, Serbia, in the first half of 2009. At the moment we are contacting 70 of the top 100 companies in Serbia making in-house presentations on product features, and on trainings that we can offer. We are also preparing a much bigger direct marketing campaign.

We look forward to entering the market in 2009, starting with some of the largest companies in Slovenia, with which we have already made contacts. We are aware that there is still a lot of work ahead for us but the responses we have received from the market encourage us to press on and view the future optimistically.
